i. GENERAL DISPOSALS
The tenant will not be able in any circumstance to prevail itself of an any maintenance right in
the places to the expiration of the initially foreseen period on the present contract.

ii. USAGE OF THE PLACES
The guests will enjoy the housing in a calm and responsible way in accordance with the rules
and regulations of the above premises. The accommodation must be left the way that it was found upon their
arrival. The accommodation cannot be sublet and be used for more than the specified number of people on this
contract. Our accommodations are exclusively non-smoking. Not following this rule will lead immediately to the breach of this contract and  lead to maintenance cleaning and laundry fees.There will be no refund on the part of the stay not made.

iii. THE ARRIVAL
The keys are given between 3 and 5 pm (except for Sundays and public holiday we give keys on
appointment).

iv. SECURITY DEPOSIT OR GUARANTY
At the arrival of the customer in the housing, a guarantee deposit is asked by the
owner. It will be returned to the tenant after the place state, at his departure or will be sent back to him within a
period of 10 to 60 days. In case of loss or degradation of the elements of the furnished accommodation and of
equipments at the disposal of the tenant, the amount of this deposit will be reduced by the cost needed to repair or
the expenses of replacement. If deposit is insufficient, the tenant is involved himself to complete the difference.

v. NUMBER OF OCCUPANT
Only the agreed number of people specified on the contract may stay. This can only be
altered with written authority from the owner of the establishment above. Because of the tax incurred for
occupation modification; the tenant will have to pay an extra of €25 a day.

vi. ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed except for the guide dogs with prior agreement of the owners and on presentation of
the updated vaccination book. An extra fare will be charged. The pet will have to be kept leash in the common parts
of the residence and never been left alone in the rooms, flats and private courtyard. The pet will have to use the
public common areas to do its business. Not following the rule will lead immediately to the breach of this contract
and not following the basic hygiene rules will lead to maintenance cleaning and laundry fees.

vii. STATE OF THE PLACES AND INVENTORY
The state of the place and inventory of the furniture and equipment in the
rooms will be carried out upon arrival and before departure by the owner and the tenant.

viii. PAYMENT
The reservation will become effective as soon as the guest returns a copy of the present contract
accompanied by the deposit before the date specified above. The balance will be paid 30 days before the arrival. In case of expected arrival outside the opening hours of the reception and in agreement with the reception, the payment of the balance of the stay and the deposit must be paid before entry into the premises. Without early settlement, the keys will be issued the next day during business hours without compensation.

ix. INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY
If a stay is interrupted, there will be no reimbursement. Only the guarantee deposit will
be reimbursed under the conditions set out above.

x. BILLING END OF STAY
A bill will be delivered on request at the end of the stay. A number of bank card will be asked at
the arrival to guaranty the payment of extras during your stay. It doesn’t exclude to pay the amount due at the end of
the stay. However, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of drinks (minibar, bar, snack bar, phone, etc.). In case of forgetting items, the postal costs related to the shipment will be charged of 15 €.

XI - CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing :
1/ If you have taken the option "cancellation insurance of stay" : you can request the cancellation or the postponement without charge of your reservation until 48h before your arrival. After 48h, the conditions 2/ b) apply.
2/ If you have not taken the option "cancellation insurance of stay" :
a) More than 30 days before entry into enjoyment : the deposit remains acquired to the owner. Less than 30 days before entry into enjoyment : the total amount of the stay remains to the owner.
b) If the tenant did not show up on the day mentioned on the contract :
- this contract is considered to be terminated
- the total amount of the stay remains acquired to the owner
- the owner can dispose of his room
In case of cancellation of the rental by the owner: He will refund to the tenant the double of the amount of the deposit received.

In case of cancellation of the rental following a measure of confinement and/or limitation of total or partial travel prohibiting access to your place of vacation, we will apply the governmental decisions in force.

xii. ASSURANCES
The tenant declare having a liability insurance covering the resort privacy risk (holiday tenancy) which
cover for a sufficient amount his responsibility as an holiday tenant and as well as the responsibility of the person
