Conditions of sale and cancellation

I – GENERAL PROVISIONS
The tenant may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the expiration of the period initially provided for in this contract.

III – ARRIVAL
Key delivery is scheduled between 3 and 5 p.m. (except Sundays and public holidays by appointment). Please confirm your arrival and arrival time no later than the day before and agree an arrival time with reception. No key will be issued outside the day and times provided for in this contract without prior agreement. If the tenant delays his arrival, he must notify the owner as soon as possible.

II – USE OF THE PREMISES
The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it, in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to leave the accommodation as clean as he found it upon arrival. The rental cannot under any circumstances benefit third parties. Subletting is prohibited. Our accommodations are exclusively non-smoking. Failure to comply with the establishment’s internal regulations would result in the immediate termination of this contract and the invoicing of repair and cleaning costs. No refund will be made for the part of the stay not completed.

IV – SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT
When the customer arrives at the rental, a security deposit is requested. It will be returned to the tenant after the inventory, upon departure or will be returned to them within 10 to 60 days.
In the event of loss or damage to the furnished elements and equipment made available to the tenant, the amount of this deposit will be reduced by the cost of repair or replacement costs. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to make up the difference.

V – NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of occupants may under no circumstances exceed the accommodation capacity indicated on the contract without prior written consent from the owner. Taking into account the additional charges imposed by the change in occupancy; the tenant will have to pay a supplement of €25 per person per day within the limit of the accommodation capacity and with prior agreement.

VI – ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs for the blind, with prior agreement from the owner and upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination record upon arrival. You will be asked for a supplement. He must be kept on a leash in common areas, never remain alone in accommodation and rooms or in private courtyards and must use public communal areas for his needs. Failure to comply with the regulations would result in the immediate termination of this contract and failure to comply with basic hygiene rules would result in maintenance, cleaning and dry-cleaning costs.

VII – INVENTORY AND INVENTORY
The inventory and inventory of furniture and various equipment will be carried out jointly at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the owner and the tenant.

VIII – PAYMENT
The reservation will become effective once the tenant has returned a copy of this contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit before the date indicated. The balance of the rental will be paid 30 days before arrival at the establishment. In the event of arrival planned outside reception opening hours and in agreement with reception, payment of the balance of the stay and the deposit must be paid before entering the premises. Without advance payment, keys will be handed over the next day during opening hours without compensation.

IX – INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY
In the event of early interruption of the stay by the tenant, no reimbursement will be made, apart from the security deposit under the conditions indicated above (see IV).

X – BILLING AT THE END OF THE STAY
An invoice can be issued on request at the end of the stay. A credit card number will be requested upon arrival to guarantee payment of extras during your stay. It does not exclude paying the sums due at the end of your stay. However, the establishment reserves the right to charge the amount of consumption (minibar, bar, snack, telephone, etc.). If items are forgotten, the postal costs linked to the sending will be invoiced and increased by €15.

XI – Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be notified in writing:
1/ If you have taken the option “Cancellation insurance insurance”: you can request cancellation or postponement of your reservation until 48 hours before your arrival. After 48 hours, conditions 2/ b) apply.
2/ If you have not taken the “stay cancellation insurance” option:
a) More than 30 days before taking possession: the deposit remains with the owner.
Less than 30 days before taking possession: the total amount of the stay remains with the owner.
b) If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned in the contract:
– this contract is considered terminated
– the total amount of the stay remains with the owner
– the owner can use his furnished accommodation
In the event of cancellation of rental by the owner: He will reimburse the tenant double the amount of the deposit received.
In the event of cancellation of the rental following a containment measure and/or total or partial travel limitation prohibiting access to your vacation spot, we will apply the government decisions in force.

XII – INSURANCE
The tenant declares to benefit from an insurance contract providing for the holiday extension (vacation rental) and covering for a sufficient amount his liability as a seasonal tenant as well as that of the people who will share the rented premises with him, and this for the duration of this contract. An insurance certificate may be requested. You can take out specific holiday insurance from an insurance firm to benefit from resort civil liability.
